Chiefs are on the road for their longest trip of the season with a trip to Dartmouth. They came up earlier in the year to fulfill the fixture with 11 players and in true rugby spirit Biddy lent the players and played the game despite being given the walkover. Having been in a position where you have spent a lot of time at the bottom of the table Bideford understands how the club and players are feeling but also regognise that a cornered animal still has bite and will treat the opposition with the upmost respect.
Dartmouth have struggled this season but pulled off a great result against Ivybridge which showed that they are a good side. Biddy are off the back of their victory over Devonport and will be able to call upon their returning students which will give them some more options. With the exception of a couple of absenteeism’s Biddy should be selecting from a full squad.
Quins welcome South Molton for their final game in the Merit table. After a difficult game away to Exmouth they will be keen to ensure availability is high in order to get a win. It has been a tough second half of the season with so many games being cancelled.
Colts are away to Newton Abbot in a friendly game in preparation for their cup final. A lot of the lads have been away at Rosslyn Park and should be returning to the area prior to the game hopefully with a clean bill of health.
Ladies will be looking to maintain their success on the road after their home win against DPS last weekend. They head to Paignton for the return leg and hope to emulate the result from last weekend. A decent training session this week should give the ladies a boost for the weekend.
