Unfortunately the pitch has become Bideford’s second swimming pool over night with the terrible weather last night and the early hours of this morning
A pitch inspection this morning by Dave Harris concluded that the game would be off with several areas of the pitch under water upto the ankles. With Torquay having to leave so early in the day due to distance it was only fair to make the call as early as possible. “We had a very strong team this week and relished the challenge of a big club like Torquay, it is disappointing, but we will look forward to the rescheduled match and we are firmly concentrating on Truro away next week.”
