RYAN BREND scored a try for a Gloucester President’s XV against Combined Services.
The wing, from Westward Ho!, crossed in the second half as the Gloucester side won 40-33 in front of 2,000 spectators at Kingsholm.
Former Bideford colt Brend, 20, has been playing for Hartpury College in National Two south and the Gloucester A team.
Ryan who played for Bideford at junior levels, colts and has appeared for the chiefs on more than one occasion has fast tracked into a very good standard of rugby and everyone at the club is very proud of him.
