From the 2023/24 season, Bideford RFC are encouraging all junior membership to be purchased and completed online through the RFU’s GMS website.
Junior Playing Members
In order to play rugby for Bideford RFC, you need to become a member. Your membership contributes to the running of a successful community rugby club, and helps fund, pitches, referees and the clubhouse and its facilities. Although we offer taster sessions for free, it is mandatory you are member of Bideford RFC, as your membership ensures you are insured to play
Bideford Junior section is committed to fairness and equality and also recognises that peoples circumstances can vary significantly. We will always continue to support those young players within our community who wish to play rugby but may experience financial difficulties in joining fees or kit requirements. Please feel free to contact the Junior Chair to discuss if needed. Your circumstance will be dealt with discreetly and in confidence.
All membership, and payments are handled through the RFU’s GMS (Game Management System).

Affiliation is mandatory, and annual re-affiliation is required. As well as purchasing membership please ensure your child is affiliated too.

Data collected during the membership application process via the RFU’s Game Management System (GMS) is used to maintain lists of players, members, referees, parents of children as needed for Legitimate interest of the club, the RFU, the Constituent body (Devon), Academy or education establishment .
