Honiton heading to Bideford

Honiton are heading to Bideford on the up after a great performance this weekend and the Chiefs look forward to another tough game.

So far this season the Chiefs have won 4 games in four and three of them have been away. Sarries were the latest team Bideford have beaten and despite some solid work the players still feel there is more to come.

Honiton have had a tough start to the season facing league leaders St Austell, Wellington, Tavistock and Truro. The results have got better for them, in particular a close game against Truro this weekend loosing out by two points.

Honiton are usually a big physical side and it will be a great game of rugby to watch at home. The Chiefs will again have some selection problems with Adam Crouch and injured James Buckland unavailable and a fitness worries over knocks to Richard Norman and Stefan James. David Slee, Mike Williams and Paul Thomas all hope to be fit thanks to the healing hands of Sally!

As per norm the crowd always play a big part in any game but in particular at home especially in the club house corner keep up the good work!

Robert Braddick and Neil Phillips are this weeks match sponsor and everyone at the club thanks them for their continued support.

We wish Honiton a safe trip up and look forward to another tough game.
