Teams 
Our Centenary Kick Off Festival is this Saturday, 15 August. Whether you’re playing in the touch tournament or coming along to watch, there’s plenty on for everyone across the day.
How the day runs
- 10:00 – Team leads register in the stands to collect shirts
- 10:15 – Teams arrive
- 10:25 – Full team briefing outside the SinBin bar, plus a team photo
- 10:25–10:55 – Get to know your team, warm up, and run through the laws
- 10:30 – Bouncy castle arrives
- 10:55 – Teams on the pitch, ready to play
- 11:00 – Matches kick off
- 14:30 – Tournament finishes
- 14:35 – Awards presentation and medals for all children, main pitch
- 15:00 – Chiefs v Bude, Harpers Cup, kick off
- 15:00–18:00ish – Inflatable rugby darts
- 15:40 – Half time zorbs
- 16:30ish–18:00ish – Post game zorbs on the pitch for kids
- 17:00 – Barely Legal Band
- 19:00 – DJ Beefy til late
Entry is £5 per person between 13:30 and 16:00, and free before and after that.

Playing in the touch tournament
- An air horn will signal the start and end of every game, please stick to it
- After the final horn: quick handshake with the opposition, then clear the pitch promptly for the next team
- Please make sure every player has a water bottle for the pitch, these will not be provided
