This weekend will see Saints coming to Bideford.
The Saints have been long term opponents for the last few years and a club very similar to Bideford. There is a very competitive feel to the games and they are played in the right spirit and you are pretty much guaranteed a great game of rugby on the day.
Chief will hopefully welcome back Neil Giddy, Matt Dennis, George Snell, Paul Thomas, Andy Baxter and Stefan James into the selection this week. They will be without James Buckland (eye injury), Simon Bright (Foot) and Adam Crouch (head Injury.
St Austell had a first game loss as well and were unlucky in defeat. They played North Petherton at home which is a really hard game but by the sounds of it they put up a good fight right to the end scoring in the last points of the game.
It will be a great day and there will be the start of the SUPER SATURDAY season with former chiefs player Paul Lamana bringing down his Under 12’s
We look forward to seeing the Biddy crowd and also to seeing the Saints back on the newly surfaced pitch.
