Junior Section Ladies Coaches to be able to commit to help further develop the next generation of Bideford ladies.
As a junior section committed to rugby for all, we have been building a junior ladies section within our successful junior club. There are three age bands, U13s, U15s and U18s with the U13s and U15s part of the junior section. Excitingly the number of girls now enjoying rugby has grown at Bideford, but with only three coaches spread across the age groups and another junior coach helping with the U18s, providing sufficient playing opportunities for the girls can be tricky. Alongside this, we all have playing responsibilities with the senior ladies which clash with girls’ fixtures. It would be fantastic for another couple of coaches to be able to commit to Wednesday evenings, 6.30-7.30, and some Sunday afternoons to further develop the next generation of Bideford ladies.
