Bideford mongrels with 4 incredibly hard games under their belt had a point to prove and unfortunately for oaks it was them.
Right from the whistle the forwards were brutal playing hard direct rugby, smashing rucks and tackles and tight pod work the oaks were stunned, with confusion in their ranks center jack darling crashed up the the middle and managed to off load in the tackle to supporting fly half joe down who flew over the line. darling converted.
Once more the no nonsense forwards allowed the ball to get to freddy wilder beast hentstridge who,s giant strides ghosted through several oaks to drop over. darling added another 2 points.
Then after some sharp handling moves and a strong armed approach from nick nutter skipper sam suspect heaved himself over.

The 2nd half was groundhog day for oaks as once more the relentless work from the forwards especially connor kebab,chaz dennis and lloyd fluck gave oaks a headache, with archie raymondo and alfonso lindo being a pain in the rear frustration was going to show then POW a huge brawle erupted involving most players,this gave referee steve bubbles no option but to show a card to darling and oaks no 6.
with darling off and lungs starting to burn oaks grabbed an opportunity to score a soft try.
This angered the mongrels and with vengeance in their blood plowed into the oaks right from the kickoff and when kebab did a trademark tackle letting raymondo flick the ball to suspect with bodies hanging off his shirt passed to the beast who once more made great yards with his size 15 boots, the beast being eventually tackled passed to suspect who was brought down short of the line,joe down quick off the mark passed to the unstoppable owen bound who dived over,with slugger in the bin cam Vaseline stepped up and kicked the conversion.
Although oaks never gave up they just ran out of answers on how to stop the mongrels, and with peachy draper,blue berry and haymaker hayden doing short powerful crash balls joe down grabbed opportunity and got try number 2.
The final forward energy sapping surge of the game let the beast flop over for his 2nd with darling converting.
