Happy New year to you all.
With the ever changing landscape of Covid 19, not only national, but also in our area, the Covid committee has recommended that there will be no rugby training for any team within the Club until the 20th of January at the earliest, and this will be reviewed by the Club’s Covid Committee on the 17th of January.
With Devon now being placed in Tier 3, and schools not returning until later in January, along with the schools mass testing, it is felt that it would be irresponsible to allow training to commence as from the 6th of January as planned before the Christmas break.
We know this is not what we had hoped for, but the health and safety of every club member, from the Juniors through to the Vets, along with our wider community is our prime concern.
