Exeter Chief’s Women’s Pro Camps
As we continue our commitment to the development of the Women’s Game in our region, we are delighted to announce that we will now be running Pro Camps focussed on introducing players across the South West to the more detail orientated world of Professional Rugby.
Including coaching sessions from some of the International Stars in the Exeter Chiefs squad, these Camps will offer insight into the more technical aspects of the game as well as covering some of the more basic foundational techniques that form the building blocks of the sport.

Duration – 1 Day (Friday April, 15th) 12:00 – 16:00

This PRO CAMP will be for girls and women only and will include professional coaching sessions from the Exeter Chiefs International players.
This camp will have a main DEFENCE focus and will include:
• Introduce contact skills, specifically tackling technique.
• Conditioned games and drills to learn and acquire new skills.
• Video analyses meeting.
• Backs & Forwards specific defence tips. Breakout groups per role/position.
